House League Registration - Opens June 1st at 5am.

The North Toronto Hockey Association is all ready for next season and we very much look forward to offering a full slate of enhanced programming when we get the go-ahead to do so.

Given all the current uncertainty, however, we are delaying the opening of Learn to Play and House League Registration until June 1. This decision was taken after careful consideration of the facts provided to us from our national, provincial and regional governing bodies and after discussions with other hockey associations.

We have also considered the current guidance available from health and government experts who predict the acute phase of this crisis may be over by early summer and that more information will be available on what the coming months might look like.

We must also acknowledge the unprecedented economic uncertainties many families are experiencing as they focus on providing the essentials for their families. Hockey is very, very important to us but other needs must take precedence for now. In the meantime, we are working on developing flexible payment options that will be offered when you register.

NT Hockey Fights Hunger!

Dear NTHA Members:

With the crushing economic effects of the COVID-19 crisis on our city’s most vulnerable families, the need for Food Banks is escalating dramatically while the opportunities for physical donations dwindle.

HOCKEY CANADA CANCELS 2019-20 SEASON

Following the rapid escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hockey Canada has cancelled all hockey on-ice and off-ice activities related to the 2019-20 season.

Further, the OHF has announced that NO tryouts for the 2020-21 season will be held in the spring. These governing bodies are currently working on schedules and policies for next season. The full text of these decisions is available here:
